Leg cramps while bench pressing

anybody get these? Pretty distracting when you're trying to get those last couple of reps in while trying to work out a knot in your calf.

Rarely, but it happens. Always a wonderful surprise. Nothing like getting bit in the balls by a cobra while you hold several hundred pounds over your face. What I mean to say is, "distraction" is an understatement. It scares the shite outta me. Maybe if it happened more often it wouldn't shock me so bad, but this happens to me maybe 5-6 times a year, so it's always outta the blue.

Dehydrated- drink LMNT with your water. I mix a packet of that and creatine for the gym. Works great for hangovers too

Yeah I get them in my hamstring/glute and lower back if I didn't warm up thoroughly.

I bench after legs so I ought to be plenty warmed up. Maybe its the creatine.
