I'll save you the time/money. By far this is the worst Coen brothers movie ever made. Let me count the ways:

Plot: Sucked
Acting: With the exception of Francis McDormand, it was horrible. Brad Pitt, John Malcovich, and George Clooney were trying so hard to be "eccentric Coen Bros characters" that it was painfully obvious."

Dialogue: usually a hallmark of Coen bros films is the dialogue. Not the case this time. Characters repeating the phrase "What the F---?" about 75 times is not great dialogue.

This was a horrible waste of time.

Agreed, i didn't completely feel that it was a waste of time, but I wouldn't watch it again.

Spoilers

Only funny parts were how baffled the CIA guys were on how everything was connected.

I am not sure if I am retarded or not but I probably only laughed 3 times that entire movie. First time was when Brad Pitt got smoked in his face, second and third times were when the CIA guys were talking about what to do with the situations.

The CIA guys were pretty hilarious. I found the whole movie funny. Like Seinfeld's "show about nothing", this was a "movie about nothing". I loved Brad Pitt's charater.

Agreed. That probably would have made for a much more interesting movie than what was actually presented.

yea im gonna have to go ahead and completely disagree. like a lot of cohen brothers movies, the first time i watched it was decently funny. I downloaded, watched it about 4 more times in the past month, and now its hilarious.

I actually though brad pitt was pretty good as a dork, especially when he gets in the car with ozzy, and most of the rest of the acting was good enough.
