For what they do, or the time they claim they are working?
If it is a time card that shows what tasks they are doing then a simple email showing 5 things they did would be cake.

You're not trying to be serious, are you? Because, you're special if you think putting your hours down, if you don't work on multiple project codes weekly, is a measurement of what you are doing.
