Been taking saltwater in the morning.

Going to start adding chia seeds. Should I just add them to the saltwater or take them in a separate glass?

How beneficial is honey and/lemon?

Good or bad to mix them all together in the same glass?

Trying to make it aid in weight loss and appetite suppressant.

I enjoy adding lemon to water from time to time (room temp). Aids in digestion.

LMNT w/ creatine and glutamine pre and post-workout for me. Could add lemon, but would probably withhold the honey for caloric purposes.

Chia seeds in water sounds awful…I use to take it with orange juice and it was tolerable. Chia will definitely keep you full and meet your daily fiber quota. Also a superfood, so there’s benefits to taking it, just not sure water is the best solution.

I put a spoonful in a glass of water today and just chugged. Wasn’t terrible but definitely wasn’t exciting either.
