Pizza

Another sourdough crust experiment. This time NY style, with minimal starter, 20 gm active, and a 5 day fermentation. One large pizza, which had an almost disastrous consequences. When I loaded the pizza the crust contacted the back convention fan.

one halt Italian meats, red onions, green olives, red sauce with a speckling of pesto and mozzarella

other half Italian sausage, white onions slices, eggplant, Kalamata olives, red sauce with sun dried tomato slices, mozzarella
