Anyone had problems with tenpoint tx440 crank?

Mine stripped and would not decock. Had to take it in and have the cable cut. Gotta
Send it in to the manufacturer to get crank/gear replaced. Will i have it back in a weeks or will It be months?

PSA.. dont buy tenpoint, buy a Ravin. And tenpoint customer service sucks
