Just finishing up summer stacked. Looking at FOTH, Oak tree, or the mullet to do next. Any suggestions on those that you liked or disliked?

the philosphy is basic barbell training. each plan is a little different. visit the site, he gives previews of a couple days for each plan. visit the facebook/instagram....lots of 1 day plans he post for free, the paid plans are similar. basic, honest hard barbell work slinging around heavy arse iron.
