I stay sick this time of year from constantly going north to south. Monday I'll be in Ohio and the wind chill is slated to be -20 in the morning. Friday I'll be home for Christmas and it'll be mid 70's. 90 degrees of temperature change in less than a week = allergies going berserk. I load up on Zinc and C all fall/winter but it doesn't help much against the shifts like this.

But my right side is still affected, and with this weather and my throat swells up, it's extra aggravated because x's five and a half years since the stroke So yeah, it sucks I can't imagine the weather change that you're gonna go through it would kill me

Going through all that chemo made it 100x's worse. Seems like just the common cold feels like a near-flu now, and the flu is borderline hospitalization.
