Has anyone ever experienced this injury? If so do you have any recommendations for rehab etc?
Been struggling with this since April of this year. It’s never been extreme pain but seems to heal extremely slow and easily aggravated.

Yes, two years ago I started struggling, and still do, with that pain.

Started a thread on here asking for suggestions once it got really bad and one user suggested the WristWidget. Bought one off amazon, had it two days later and within a week my wrist was feeling better. Could not believe how much it helped.

I still have it and wear it from time to time when it starts to flare up but I wore it every day for like three weeks when I got it and it helped big time. I used it a few times golfing but it messed with my wrist action and through me off a little so I would take it off when I played.

Hope it helps! I would just stick with wearing it, I didn't sleep with it on but during the day I kept it on almost all the time. Now I just wear it as needed. Which is normally after golf

Do you play on the Golfweek Am tour as well? Couldn't remember the username of the other person on here that did. Season kickoff is at Stonebridge 3/7!

I had that for almost 6 months. The only way to fix it is COMPLETE immobilization.

I had a tfcc injury a couple years ago. Used the brace with a little hole in it at night when I slept, and wore a compression wrap when I played. It didn't heal until I got a corizone shot in it. That solved it really quickly and it hasn't come back.

Yea forgot to put that in my first post. Simulator or grass mats have become a no no for me. Magnifies the pain quite a bit.

I started wearing the wrist widget about a month ago and it’s really allowed it to start healing properly. The clicking and popping has stopped and Haven’t felt any pain recently. Began chipping and hopefully I’ll ramp up swings to pitch shots and short wedges. Definitely will do the exercises. 5 more weeks to be ready for full swings. I’m optimistic thanks for the advice

Where is the pain exactly? I might currently have this as well, but mine is barely on the hand side in line with my pinky finger and not as much on my wrist.

Nice. Crazy how much that thing helps. Hopefully your pain stays away. Mine has for the most part.

Right where the wrist meets the hand, just below the little finger. If you got pain there and possibly radiating into your pinky and ring fingers that causes weak grip, hearing popping and clicking some in the wrist. Pretty good chance you have that injury also. If it helps I thought it was a hand injury also. This wrist widget is an absolute game changer. It essentially is the same as taping, so if you order the widget you can tape until it gets here. Preventing ulnar deviation is the goal.
