I am supposed to be happy about this right? ‘Growth’ and ‘Progress’ is always a good thing is what I have been led to believe.
But how do I personally benefit to a level where I can support such decisions? I’m not in the market for a Kia so that’s out.
Local government gets more taxes? Oddly when they have surpluses they only spend more, never refund any money to residents. Plus I don’t like government.
A unique wooded location (for the area) is gone, all the wildlife that lived there is now probably dead, and I’m supposed to think this is a good thing?

I’m sure it was for sale to whoever wanted it.

That’s true.
My free market / Libertarian mindset runs head on into my conservationist beliefs in situations like this.

WTF do Korean cars have anything to do with this? They were probably produced in Georgia. Take it up with your retarded politicians that re-zone shite in below the radar meetings, and the amount of money they blow on bullshite.

There used to be a natural area where you house is - same for the grocery store and gas station you visit.
