Oh I think the Feds can get the money back. Just stop paying CA or deduct a Billion plus interest for everyday they don't return the stolen money. Then determine who authorized the illegal payments and charge them criminally.

How does one get away with giving our hard earned taxes for benefits that are running so low they had to bring the retirement age to 67 from 65? Well, now we know they are the domestic enemies! When your job is defined to represent your lands people and you represent people from foreign lands? So blantonly! It's over now!

California likes to brag about “4th largest economy in the world” and all that. They don’t need any federal money. Let them fund their residents and all the illegals if that’s what they want to do!
