Good value TE in FA

Jake Tonges - only 26 (will be 27 in training camp).
-PFF run blocking grade of 72 (really good). Juwan’s grade was a 52
-played really well during Kittle’s first injury this season. Good in the clutch in the passing game

I would try to sign Isaiah Likely or pry one of the 3 TEs out of Pittsburgh

I don’t see anyway San Fran lets him go. They just got out of the Brandon Aiyuk contract and now have more money to spend then they anticipated coming into this season.
I think it’s more likely that they release Kittle (age and injuries) and this guy becomes their primary TE.

A Legit Vet TE would help a young QB drastically. Better to get a FA with experience that can contribute immediately.
