Haven’t had a wine and steak post in several months. Great meal tonight. 2022 Colgin Jubilation wine that came in yesterday paired with HEB prime ribeye. Cooked outside in 25 degrees. Jubilation is a combination of the 3 Colgin vineyards made Bordeaux style. Awesome. IYKYK on the wine. Colgin is owned by Ann Colgin from Waco and is probably one of the best wines in Napa. LIG, LTD.
