I personally don't think she would have much of a chance. When she actually had to campaign for the nomination in 2020 she didn't even make it to the first primary. She's also a poor debater. Tulsi Gabbard torched her more than once.
Of course, that's probably why they ended up ridiculously placing Tulsi on the Terrorist Watch List. (Plus the fact that Tulsi refused to bow the knee to Hildabeast in 2016, endorsing Bernie instead).

if im her yah, why not? idiots will give her a ton of money, and she has zero expectation to win or actually accomplish anything. most people run for office as a scam anyway, to make money. Winning is just an extra bonus.
