Does anyone else feel somewhat bad for Tasmin? Hes the only one getting up and yelling on the bench. He wants this team to succeed but it looks like everyone including McMahon has given up.

Correct. He adds no value other than cheerleader. He and David Patrick were forced on McMahon and they both are a part of the problem.
