Movie/TV soundtracks that spoil the plot (spoilers for older films)

This should never happen but has happened a few times. I feel like with the growth of social media they will avoid it because people searching for any clues to spoil films before their release.
The Sixth Sense had a track named Malcolm is Dead.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix had a song named Death of Sirius on the soundtrack
Not a spoiler but Lost had a song called Charlie Hangs Around for the scene where charlie is hung from a tree.

Star Wars episode 1 was the worst. I believe the soundtrack came out like two weeks before the movie. And contained a song called "The Death of Qui-Gon“.
ETA - they should have called it Qui-Gone.
