L.O.L. USPS is a govt agency...which means they are accountable for nothing.

I had a return that for some reason required USPS.... I brought it in a box w label and she said... HOW YOU GONNA CLOSE DAT? I asked for tape....she said we sell strips or rolls. I just blank face stared and she started her whole proud rant.

Yea see were USPS.... were totally self sufficient. See we survive and do what we do just on taxes and stamps....that why we cant be giving away tape.

Clearly being intelligent enough to know the definition of self-sufficient isnt a requirement for working there

How often does this happen to you? Have never had a package show as delivered and it not been.

I don't doubt it happens just wonder how often it happens to the same person.

I mailed a $600 bread making robot i fixed to someone. They destroyed it in shipping and insurance only covered $150. It cost me $85 to ship and I had to refund the whole amount and throw the thing away. I spent $45 on packaging. I was pissed.
But I got the thing for free.

A lot of times, if these people on Nextdoor will just wait a day before posting, it'll wind up on their doorstep.

I have been home several times waiting on a package (requires my signature) only to receive a message that the item was undeliverable because no one was home. I get in my car and search the area/subdivision for the postal worker’s vehicle to retrieve my package. When I tell them I was at home and he/she did not knock on my door, they always mumble some stupid shite.

You get what you pay for. If you want better, use a better service.
Usps doesnt get your tax monies to operate.

Yes, let's impose more unnecessary expenses on USPS.

Will never happen. The Supreme Court just ruled that USPS can’t even be held liable even if they intentionally withhold or otherwise don’t deliver your mail.

You have to be an absolute moron to ship stuff that expensive via USPS. USPS is for books and $40 junk.

You brought a package to USPS but expected them to prepare it for shipping?

Might need to look at those 4 fingers pointing back at you, brother.

Pretty sure the last carrier got replaced because of that. The new one regularly doesn't deliver packages that are physically on her truck, especially if it's Friday. She waits until she has what she considered enough.
