Mason Howell sponsor logos

I noticed that amateur Mason Howell has several different logos on his shirt. As an amateur, I didn't think that he could make money off of sponsors. Maybe I am way behind the times.

NIL is legal. He can’t earn winnings from his performance

In 2021 the R&A and PGA allowed amateurs to take sponsor money

I figured that NIL had impacted this. I just haven't watched as much amateur golf, besides collegiate golf, to notice this until today.
