Had a comminuted fx; now 3 weeks post op and two weeks of OT down.
Looking for encouragement .. progress with motion is slow and nerve pain sucks. Doing all exercises regularly.
Thanks.

Oof. No suggestions, other than to keep moving incrementally in the right direction.
I'm hopefully on the back end of a gnarly sprain/strain that may in fact have had a fracture myself.
Swelling down significantly in a week, but still a little pain and restricted range of motion.
How'd you suffer the injury if you don't mind asking?

Freak accident in of all things, an exercise class.
I’m not a clumsy person but .. I stood up from a seated position on the floor using no hands as we were supposed to try. I’ve done it many many times — others can’t even barely get up using their hands and knees. That day I just lost my balance and stumbled backwards and hit the wall with my wrist .. I guess better than my head and a head injury.
Still shaking my head at myself. Instructor felt awful but it wasn’t her fault.
The nerve pain sucks as well. And being my dominant hand doesn’t help matters.
Hope you’re healed quickly.
