Disney Plus freezing and crashing on Roku Smart TV

I just recently got a new Roku smart tv and every time when I’m trying to watch something on Disney Plus it just Freezes and then crashes and restarts my tv and it’s literally ONLY doing it on Disney Plus not Netflix or HBO Max and I’ve seen other people online saying that it’s happening to them too so can someone fix this please?

Make sure the Disney app is not on 4K. Put the resolution settings to 1080p (moderate)
