Question About Emailing Admins

Who do I need to email to prove that my roommate is indeed trying to get his account activated? Do you require pictures, names, a phone call?

He tried DubiousBalls and that didn't work. So then he tried Guerilla Droppings and that didn't work. There are at least 5 other posters that can vouch for this.

I ask only because he keeps asking me why he hasn't been activated yet.

A picture of yourself and said poster holding up a TD.com paper is usually protocol if I'm not mistaken.
