they're not giving us credit for anything... they're making really random comments. and it's weird because doug thompson is in there.

* dean's HR being only because of a bad bama pitch
* a mental error by the baserunner when running into the ss
* bama MADE ross balk because they're so aggressive on the bags

anyone notice any more?

I think the play by play guy is from Bama. Doug Thompson is there doing color thou.

it's just annoying because it's been an exciting game, but they're ruining it. (i guess this isn't too unusual)

The PBP guy mentioned being a sportscaster over there. The colors guys are Doug Thompson and Scott McClanahan, who played at Bama. They have done a nice job of making an average college pitcher sound like he is destined for the Yankees rotation.
