He seemed to be hard to bring down esp for a guy his size. Can you give us some info about him? High school career?

Seems he would've been better served at McNesse St. or SLU. you can't fault the man for following his heart though.

well when you break it down, he is pretty much LSU's rudy. He most likely knows he isn't going to get in the game, but he wants to be a part of this teaml. His brother told me that even though he has dressed for games and gets to run through the tunnel, he said that he gets goosebumps everytime.

As far as his high school career goes, he was pretty much the number one guy in the back field until, i believe, he was hurt in his senior season, but i cant remember completely. He was an average player that gave 100%. Reminds me of Hester.

If Lipoma got 12 or so carries at the spring game, to me it means that Ford will probably not be red-shirted.

After this kid gave four years of his life to the practice squad, he should get on the field for a few plays in a rout of one of the lesser teams on the schedule. For Miles not to do that would be a tragedy. My two cents worth.

I agree the dude earned the carries, but if any of the big three go down, which is more than less likely to happen, Miles will want Ford to have some field experience and contact during big games and will start him on special teams imo.

Pat looked pretty good except he's shorter than Rudy. I kid, I was eating lunch with him in the union a few weeks back and he really seems to have his act together very well off the field, which can only transfer to great things on the field.

He played alot in last year's spring game, definitely the rudy of the team. I personally don't think he'll ever get a shot though
