Sabathia vs Penny (Yanks #1 vs Red Sox #5)
If the yankees don't win this one they may not win a game against the Sox this year.
Sox get 2 on in the first, but fail to score.

CC looks as good as he has in the pinstripes so far, besides that home run given up to Ortiz.
About time A-Rod gets a hit, which could be the game winner at this point.
Also, Cervelli is calling an awesome game as always.

WTF do you expect? The kid has been MONEY since his call-up. I almost like him more than Molina....

Alfredo needs to get out of this jam.

Gotta agree with em here...why not put in Mo? Obviously he wasn't warming up BUT why wasn't he even up in the pen? He ALWAYS starts tossing in the 8th.
ETA: Obviously he throws in the 8th, he starts stretching and doing his routine in the 7th.

joe girardi should be fired for leaving him in, he should have been gone after the leadoff hit

CC? Girardi makes some fricked up decisions but at the same time CC had been goin pretty good. He did hit 123 pitches though. Still if you bring him out don't bring this piece of shite in. Aceves has done nothing but shite all year.

THIS is the fricker that should have some in.
Posted on 6/11/09 at 9:33 pm to Srbtiger06
no, he was over 110 pitches
and then went single, and then walk
he should have been gone then, but joe comes out, and then leaves him in

Yeah now that I look at it, prolly the best decision to take him out. I JUST got home right before Joe came out so I haven't seen too much.
