Okay, this might be Germans, but I don't see why, if the coaches didn't feel as if Jefferson was ready to play, they didn't put Hatch in after Lee threw a couple of picks... I mean as far as I know he was healthy the next week after the concussion... He was a good game manager, an okay rusher and a more controlled passer than Lee.
So why did he not get much time after the AU concussion?

Serious knee injury while playing soccer on Mormon mission prior to joining LSU. After starting for LSU, taken out of game with mild concussion. Then broke his leg in subsequent game. Did not play after this in 2008. A potentially very good player who is injury prone. Returned to Harvard College this year, I imagine he could start.
