Cancellara is an absolute animal. The podium contenders are about to get going. On this type of course, Wiggins should be by far the strongest

I heard that Wiggins had never really done any major road work until this past year/not taken the tour really serious until this year. Kinda makes you wonder what he's capable of over the next few years.

Yeah he was one of the best track racers in the world and decided to switch over. He lost a ton of weight to try to compete in the mountains and has actually been great compared to what was expected. He can still probably drop a couple more pounds, but he's probably the second best time trialist after Cancellara

And Armstrong with a great performance thus far. Armstrong now in virtual 3rd, with Frank Schleck one second behind him. Wiggins passes Kloden and moves into virtual 5th place.

18 seconds faster than Wiggins. Is there anything Contador can't do?

Armstrong is losing time in this time trial. It would be amazing if Lance lost a podium spot b/c of a time trial of all things.

gutsy performance by armstrong. Everyone's writing off Wiggins tomorrow. Are they right? Does Wiggins have any chance of passing Armstrong and getting a podium finish?

I think looking at yesterday when lance marked wiggo the whole time, and eventually took off when he was going slow. I'd have to say Lance can hold him off and take third place. I'm not sure if he can mark Frank though, who could have a really good day. Still, should be interesting to watch tomorrow.

If alberto isn't a bitch he'll pull for Lance tomorrow when the attacks come to try to get Astana another podium spot.Nobody is going to touch his lead I think Lance can hang with Frank. He wont drop him, but I think he'll hold his wheel.
