Anybody else's significant other at football 101..

The wife and 17 of her friends are hanging out with Leslie and the other coaches today. They are going to run out of the tunnel at 7.

My wife and a bunch of her friends went as well. She said the only thing that didn't suck was seeing the locker room, running out of the tunnel and talking to Les. She said they kept them in the p-mac way to long with blaring rap music playing.

was not rap music...lol....went last year and was a little let down this year. maybe because i had already been. set up was different, all the coaches seem to be thier, were as this year just saw the ones that were speaking. the vidoes from last year gave you chills, this year you did not even notice them. Last year they a huge stage set up in the middle of the pmac and it was just impressive. this year they were on the floor, and it looked like it took 10 minutes to set up.
last year when we entered the field they would do the thing 'its staturday night etc....this year they did not. they did not turn the new screen on which was a big let down.
BUT....for all the ones wanting to know about the grass....thought it looked good for the most part. thicker than last year, but saw a spot underneath the north goal post that was bare of grass. one lady make told her friend it looked like carpet, so i guess it is coming along.

well the music pretty much went with the videos with game clips, I dont think it would have had the same effect with garth brooks playing. This was my third year in a row going and I plan on going back next year where they are talking about bringing back the drills and workouts

Anyway, it was fun ... hadn't been before BUT I think I would DEFINITELY like it MORE if they would do the drills thing again.
And yes, they did talk up Trindon ... didn't they say they would use him in a different position some this year???
And Alicia, were you in one of the demos???

No but I was in the last lady Tiger standing ... although I got kicked out in the 1st round. I was right by the girl in the tu-tu! That was my friend's daughter.
Wish they would have drills next time ... THAT would be fun ... maybe in the indoor practice field??? I'm a wimp!

yea I think that is where they would do them, I dont see them making us do that stuff outside. Oh and I hope if they do the drills next year they let the ladies know so they wont be wearing flip flops and heels lol

That was HYSTERICAL ... and the poor lady with the cane ... I was SO afraid that she would bust her butt ...
I can tell you that I think I've figured out that I'm not smart enough to play football ... geez, that offense stuff I got but that was just 1 play ... to have to remember ALL of them? NO WAY!!!!!
