I'm not talking about ridiculous hot shite that people don't really use other than to say they did it.

Tobasco, Crystal, Louisiana? Whaddya got? I'm usually a tobasco guy, but I' need a change.

louisiana on red beans
sriracha on almost everything else

Thsi thread made my mouth water like crazy.

I will always have a place in my heart of Tabasco. But I also love me some Red Hot and Louisiana.

A garlic infused hot sauce from SE Asia. That has spread world-wide, except for the US. It has a distinct flavor, not just heat. Only Crystal and Sirachi are in my house.

I like Tobasco when cooking and Crystal on cooked food..
