In Tennessee, the best available is Crystal Wing Sauce. Lots of good feedback when I cook up a batch.
I may have to order some competition.

Mine is similar to Gordon Bierch's wings using this Sweet Chili Ginger glaze. I often kick up the heat just a bit! This sauce is also great on pork chops!
