if florida has the fastest defensive players

shouldn't we be playing our fastest players on offense??
Why does oklahoma, usc, florida, texas, alabama etc, etc. All play true freshman, but miles is so stuborn he cant'??
Florida has the fastest defense you have to counteract equally. Florida does it all the time. If debose was not out for he season, you can bet your sweet arse that he would have played last night.
Not to mention miles has already burned one of shepards and randles eligibility.
So what sense does it not make to play them??? I know it's been beat to death, but i am truly scared for the future of our program, because miles has a hard head.
How many will transfer??? how many might decommit after they see how we utilize are talent?
Would you come to this offensive juggernaut if you were a blue chipper????
Miles just doesnt have the backbone to put the better player over seniority. I guess that is how they did it back at mmeeeeccchhingan.
I am truly bothered by some of the things i am hearing.
miles is throwing stones in his glass house right now.
and he doesn't even realize it. And i am not sure a new OC will help.

Earth to poster...earth to poster...do you really think that Shepard and Randle would be at LSU 4 years if they have any NFL abilities at all? Thus, it is impossible to waste a player's year in college because after 3 years, a great/very good player is almost always gone anyway.
The rest of your post was rather rambling but I just hit the really funny part!

Because our freshman aren't prepared to step in at big times. This is the excuse he uses, but it makes him look worse. Who is responsible for preparing them? Other teams sure as heck have their freshman prepared enough.

earth to tom... earth to dumbshit.... I bet you we have top 3 talent on the roster for offense, yet we have the the worst offense in the ncaa in almost every category. Shepard is the leading rusher on the team. Lets hope he sticks around eh????
you must be JJ mother

quote:yup. And i am in no way condeming the players. It's the coaches fault for putting them out there.

at the VERY least crowton is possibly the worst qb coach in the history of the universe.
I don't blame jj

ok it is apples and oranges when compairing our freshmen to other school's
1) RR plays he is on the field. If we can ever get a pass off he will get a few balls his way, but he is behind two top notch wr's, and someone who knows the system very well. still he is our #3 wr. Whenever someone mentions RR when they say we don't play our talent it is rediculus because we woudl ahve to bench our other talent to let him play.
2) The other player that everon is upset about is RS. And i understand. he is a sick runner, and he shoudl be a great weapon on our team, but it isn't fair to say he should be our #1 quarter back. I think he would be better at other positions.

I agree with everything you stated. Miles perfer experience over talent. I've been saying this for the last few years. I could name a few players that shouldn't be on the playing field. Russell Shepard is a tremendous weapon. He brings him in the game for a play or two. Shepard gains at least nine or ten yards a play and what does the jackass miles do, leave him on the bench and end up punting the ball a few plays later. Every game the same old shite! He didn't touch the ball against Florida. they claim he had the flu. I've never had faith in Les Miles coaching skills. The man seems to look clueless at times. Yeah he did backdoor his way into a national championship. A lot of fans believe he's the best thing since slice bread. Anybody that knows anything about football can see that our offense looks pathetic.
Our defense is still a little soft for me, but they played good enough to win against Florida.
Missippi State gave us the game two weeks ago. I could go on and on and on. This team never impressed me at all this season so far. You have to be blind to think we're Championship Caliber!
Always will be a LSU fan, but I have to call it like I see it.

So if everyone agrees that RS is a stud, why didn't he get the carry from the 2 when CS seems to think that hitting the line hard means running into the back of a pile 3 yards behind the line of scrimmage? There are true freshman playing all over the country and we are supposed to have some of the best. I don't care if it hurts another kids feelings. Look at USC, they try a bunch and go with the hot hands. At this point I'll reference the definition of insanity. Look it up.
