Nick Saban just happening to be on the LSU ticket out of all of the games. You would think a school with such tradition would show a little more class.

Bama's tradition is basically classless anyway. True, they have more success under their belts than any other SEC program, but let's not forget who we're dealing with here. Bear Bryant was a legendary coach and a legendary cheater. Only Auburn might have cheated more over the last 20 years, but over the last 40, Bama by a landslide when it comes to classless crap.

I agree 100%. I don't like arrogance it is not appropriate. I also remember the first year he came to BAMA and they introduced him to the fans at halftime during an LSU/Alabama basketball game and he gave a 100,000 dollar scholarship to Nicks Kids.

I thought that was done in poor taste just like these tickets. I think it is kind of chickenshit.

Just my opinion.

I remember that night as well. I was listening to it live on the radio when it happened. I was like wtf? I don't think it was Nick's idea but he sure didn't veto the idea. I think since he has started winning that he is as powerful as your AD and that shiite wouldn't happen again.

I was actually a little uncomfortable watching it. I was glad he came to Alabama but I thought it was about as rude as anything I had ever seen. I know the fans were anxious to see him and that was the first game played since his arrival but I think they could have waited a few days.

I am a little old school when it comes to respect for each other. I liked the old days. When I was a kid and went to the ballgames coach Bryant would be in the middle of the field before the game talking to the other coach.

He an General Neyland use to play cards in his hotel room and get drunk thenight before the game. Things certainly have changed.
