I am trying to compile a list here, and this is not easily googleable, so any additions by the board are most helpful. The only ones I can think of are:
Abita
NolaBrew
NolaRum
SoCo
ETA: Heiner Brau
I know there's probably a few more, if you can help out please add to the list.

Dixie hopefully will move rewing ops down here once again.
I hear a Pelican Brew Co is opening soon.
ETA: Zea and Crescent City Brewhouse could count.

NOLA Brewing Company, there is that other brewery that is opening up in the Breaux Bridge area in the Spring.

I was just going to say NOLA brewing. When I lived in New Orleans they had quite a following.

Yeah, that's who I was referring to with "NolaBrew."

Parish Brewing Co.
"Parish Brewing Co. is a startup nanobrewery (yes, nano! smaller than micro!) in Lafayette, Louisiana. Parish will be bringing Acadiana and the rest of Louisiana uncompromising, craft brewed beer starting in 2010. "

Bayou Teche Biere
-although i'm not sure if they sell stuff?
Also SoCo was started in New Orleans, but I think it's made in Louisville?

WOW!!
This is going to be great
I hope it takes off!!!!!!
From the website
*
Parish Canebrake
Brewed with Louisiana sugarcane!
A new Louisiana tradition in the works.
*
Parish Biere Blanc
American pale ale, cajun twist, dry hopped to perfection.
*
Parish Envie
Pronounced "on-vee". Hybrid light beer, crisp, refreshing, and perfect for a crawfish boil!
*
L'autre Femme IPA
Extra hoppy, bitter, and dry - those with meek palates need not apply. Named by the wife of the brewer, it means "the other woman"
*
Parish Primo Pilsner
Think green bottle... but not skunky from said bottle or bland from being pasteurized. A noble hop treat!
