When did you realize Les was in over his head?

Sure Les is a nice guy....But that doesn't make it any less painful when watching his ineptness. What were some early signs that made you think...Hmmmm...Maybe he's not ready for this.
Mine:
1. When he wore those stupid ear phones and thought he would be able to hear in Tiger Stadium...Boy did he have no clue there...
2. The first time I heard him interviewed.
3. Multiple game time situations...but one in particular: lucky touchdown and clock shows 1 second remaining...Wow that was a sign of things to come.
4. Bonus - When he first stepped into Tiger Stadium and mouthed..."Where's my wife"...Of course that was a special moment for him...But the problem is he lied after the game and wouldn't admit he said it...Why would you do that??? He started with these little fibs early on.

That was painful. I blocked that one out of my mind.

Here are some more come from behind losses besides the Vols loss:
2005:
Despite Oklahoma State's 0–4 start to conference play, they led Texas the entire first half, including a lead of as much as nineteen points. It was the third straight year that Texas trailed Oklahoma State at halftime and came from behind to win by a sizable margin (47–28).
2004:
Trailing by 28 to No. 19 Oklahoma State late in the second quarter, the No. 6 Texas Longhorns came all the way back, scoring 49 unanswered points to beat the Cowboys, 56-35, in front of a sellout crowd of 83,181 at Darrell K Royal Stadium.
2003:
Junior RB Cedric Benson rushed for 180 yards and a touchdown and senior WR Roy Williams caught six passes for 162 yards and a score in No. 11 Texas' 55-16 victory over Oklahoma State Oklahoma State led 16-14 at halftime, on Phillips' field goals and Josh Fields' 10-yard pass to Rashaun Woods .

that anyone here would use that game as an example is unbelievable. why did LSU fade in the second half? any thoughts? anything unusual about that week? any reason the players might have been tired, more than the Tenn players? or is everything miles fault. everything bad is his fault, anything good is blind random luck.
why dont you ungrateful, spoiled bitches just look up whoever is in first and go follow them.

Tenn 2005
I'll never forget him trying to call time out and he didn't have any. An assistant ran up to him to tell him there were no more. ESPN had a nice replay of it and the announcers chuckled about first game jitters in Tiger Stadium.

then and my stomach has never been settled since.

Miles has many questionable calls.
Tenn. 05, nuff said.
Ole Miss game in Nov 06, when Jamarcus hooked up in the endzone with Early. That game was full of crazy arse shite that was dumbfounding. We were so lucky then.
Its time for Miles to go before we ruin what we have.

We have been lucky to continue to get the talent. It is time for him to roll before he screws it up completely.

Saturday was iron clad confirmation....

Fact is LSU has been winning in spite of him not b/c of him.
I'm wondering how many more delay of game penalties are we going to get? Early in the season I can see a couple but this late into the season is ridiculous. To me one thing that is missing in games and perhaps in practice too is attention to detail.
Still I would never pull against my Tigers to lose games just so the coach can be fired or whatever, that's not the way to do things.
