Check out the webcam and see what you think. I look at this one daily and have not seen anything like this before. Looks like an oil sheen on top of the water, out from the docks....

with that many commerical boats there is always a sheen in the harbor. I am always in a boat in the harbor and from water level you can see a sheen. It has always been there

Do you have a picture? We saw a weird brownish foamy film this afternoon at Sandestin. We've never seen it before.

My dad actually has hat gold colored 56 Johnson. It still runs fine, but the one of the blades on the prop broke. It's tough finding a replacement part. He actually used it one a canoe.
