What grocery in BR has a good butcher where I can buy a good brisket for a reasonable price?

Sam's has the best restaurant grade meats in town. I am smoking two briskets right now.

Make sure you get the "good end". Brisket is not brisket.

This. I usually pick up 4 HUGE filets for about 25$. Can't beat that price and the quality is always great.

Good to know. At the University of Missouri they a great meat store. My brother graduated in may and we went in there and they have filet mignon for $4/lb and it was butchered that morning. It' like getting a s discount for student haircuts, only it's student meat. They sell goat, lamb, all kinds of stuff.

+1 I love a Sam's filet. And if you buy the whole tenderloin, the butcher will slice it for you and it's another $1/lb cheaper ($9.88 instead of $10.88)
