lil rays in gulfport for seafood is pretty good for Mississippi

Bruno's for a good po-boy/plate lunch, Mary Mahoneys (its gonna cost you some $$$) or Bonefish Grill in Biloxi. Vrazels, Lil Rays, High Cotton or the Blowfly Inn in Gulfport

Not a whole lot going on in Biloxi good eats wise, you'd be better off venturing over the bay bridge into Ocean Springs

French Connection... I'm not sure if it's still open but great meals every time I visited. Try the tar babies, stuffed flounder very good and great steaks!
