They don't even halfway fill their stadium. Horrible reputation as well. I don't see the SEC even remotely considering Miami. Horrible addition if they do.

teams i would take in the SEC before Miami..

every other team in the ACC
Louisville
USF
West Virginia
UCF
Houston
TCU

to name a few

academics, their history, and their athletics are still respectable. They look like they're slowly getting back up to their national prominence in athletics.
