A&M Fans: Arkansas Game

Just curious if you guys would rather keep this game in Dallas or go to the traditional home/home of conference play?
Looking at some of our boards it seems a lot of our fans want to go to a home/home because they believe Jerry would get us another game there regardless.
Personally, I would rather keep it in Dallas and have it setup as something like TWLCP in the middle of the season like Florida and Georgia have.

i was thinking about this a while ago.. it makes sense to go to a home/home.. especially if a 9 game conference schedule is on the way
otherwise, you could be looking a 3 home SEC games, 5 away SEC games and 1 neutral site in every other year

Yeah if we go to 9 we probably have no choice. I'm considering it if we stay at an 8 game schedule with 14 teams we could still keep it in Dallas.

I think we should be alternating teams that play in little rock. All the SEC teams should have to go through little rock at some point.

I personally rather home and home but we need the game for a presence in Dallas to combat the RRS

My thoughts as well. I would love to play ours on the same weekend as them. The atmosphere in town would be crazy.
Are they still playing at the old Cotton Bowl or did that game move to Jerry World too

Still playing at the cotton bowl as far as I know.

I wish they would somehow flip-flop the location of A&M-Ark and OU-TX, would love to play that game at the Cotton Bowl every once in a while, especially considering its 5 miles from my house!

I'm guessing the Ark/A&M game stays in Arlington. Jerry will cut a big enough check to keep both schools happy there. Just a guess.

yeah but it's a great atmosphere if done during the fair with a packed stadium.
