Spent some time this past week in Columbia SC

(My son is a Gamecock grad)

Anyway, I don't know any influential people in Columbia but I do know quite a few alumni and fans... and every last one of them don't want Clemson in the SEC. Point of pride being in a better conference and recruiting advantage and all that.

Rex, do the Gamecocks have a problem with the Aggies moving over to the SEC or are they for expansion as long as it does not include Clemson as far as what you heard?

Well, they're not that gungho about A&M but if it's going to happen they want anybody but Clemson.
