Kobe may want to sit this out huh? I wouldn't be surprised to see them pick a shooter since there are so many guards and forwards who like to finish at the rim. Maybe if Kobe doesn't go, Eric Gordon might?

Kobe already committed to playing, but obviously he could change his mind depending on his health.
I think Gordon has a legitimate shot to make the team regardless, they took Michael Redd as a shooter last time. We only took 2 PG's last time, a guy like DWill could lose his spot for a shooter, surprised Curry didn't make the list.

This is the roster, none of those players are going as of now. I thought Curry would be on the team as the shooter like Michael Redd, but there isn't that much difference between DWill and Gordon as a 3 point shooter so they're in competition with each other for a spot.
Iguodala or Odom is going to make it as the versatile defender off the bench, Coach K loved both last summer.

Give me Noah, Horford, Al Jefferson, Haslem or several others before Bynum. Even if they're not as big they're much more effective down low. I'd like Gordon over Iggy as well.

I have, but there's no guarantee he will be in shape or healthy when the Olympics roll around. I actually wouldn't be opposed to him getting an invite and then being put on the roster if he is in shape I guess.

Prince made the original team too, the top 7 or 8 is going to be so talented they're going to take some role players.
No player that has no experience with the team is going to play so forget about Bynum. The one exception being Blake, but he's been begging to be on the team and only missed last summer because of injury.
