Bucks Nets 3way Kaman trade

I saw someone post a Bucks Nets 3way a few days ago with Stephen Jackson going to the Nets, expiring Okur to the Hornets and Kaman to the Bucks. Presumably we'd get at least a draft pick out of it and maybe someone like Larry Sanders too.
Now Ric Bucher is reporting that the Nets will increase their chances of getting Howard if they get Jackson.

“My understanding is that Stephen Jackson and Dwight Howard have talked several times about playing together,” Bucher said. “They would love to do so with the Nets with Deron Williams as the point guard setting them up. If the Nets want to improve their chances of getting Dwight Howard, making a deal for Stephen Jackson … should be on their menu.”

Howard has said he wants to play with or for half the league.

we would have to get more than that, Kaman could go straight to the bucks for Larry Sanders, a 1st round pick and some fillers.
why help facilitate that trade just to pick up Okur and his expiring. to get involved in something like that we would need another number 1, we could do Larry Sanders, Stephen jackson and a number 1 for Kaman.
Then do a separate trade with with the Nets, Jackson for Okur and 1

Why bother with this deal?
Okur's injured, we don't have the front court minutes for him anyway, and we don't give a rat's arse about a salary dump that would give us a trade exception of about $4 million we'll never use.
A deal with Houston to get a bunch of their castoffs such as Courtney Lee works better because there's an off-chance there may be a diamond in the big pile of shite they're handing us.

You need a bit more than fillers with Kaman's contract and the Bucks don't have any big expirings.

Because Milwuakee is trying to make the playoffs and the Nets are trying to maximize the assets they have to get Howard. If Demps can squeeze more out of the deal I'm all for it, but this is the only way to make a Kaman deal with the Bucks and not take on long term salary. If the choice comes down to
Larry Sanders and a high teens Bucks pick
or
Houston scraps and a high teens Rockets/Knicks pick
I have more interest in Sanders than the Houston scraps. Now if they include better than scraps like Patterson, Montejunas or Dragic I'd lean towards the Houston deal.
