Do you have any bow experience?
Something that has alot of adjustability in draw length and draw weight would be ideal so that she could grow with it for a few years.
Something like either of these...
Bear Apprentice 3 RTH package
PSE Miniburner XT RTS Package

I bought one of those $75 intro training bows at academy for my 8 yo girl just to see if she liked it. So far so good.

Bowtech makes a bow that goes from 5 lb to 70 lb draw weight. Then when she is tired of it you have a new bow.

My brother just bought an Infinite Edge for my 10 year old nephew. It's a very nice bow. Once he gets strong enough to draw 35lbs (legal weight to hunt in AR) he'll upgrade the accessories, but they are fine for a beginner learning how to shoot.
