Those are all potential transfers that were former Tigers the guy is asking a valid question...but to answer your question no you won't see any of those names ever again in a LSU uniform

A guy posted about about on the rant and on his Instagram he has been pretty consistent posting pictures with the message under the picture saying LSU2K16

Not calling you out. Just presenting the facts for everyone. We don't know. We can only speculate.
But one thing you got wrong was "LSU 2K16." It didn't say LSU. The pic was of him as an LSU Tiger. It could just mean he'll be back on a college football field, not necessarily in Baton Rouge.

I think maybe the OP is asking if any of the vacancies could be used for 2016 signees to back-count to 2015.
I think only three of those signed in 2015: Cutrer, Martin and Shipley. If I understand it correctly, since since Shipley enrolled, his spot wouldn't be available as a back-count. Cutrer and Martin never enrolled so those two scholarships weren't filled in 2015 and should be available for 2016.

early enrollees can be backcounted,once a recruit signs LOI he is counted,regardless if he went to class or not.
