Another huge win for the Repubs. Katie McGinty was picked by many to take Toomey's seat.

Looks like Repubs will control the presidency and all of Congress for the first time since 1928. Incredible.

I think it means immediately after the presidential election. Repubs frequently make up ground in the midterm after giving ground in the presidential elections.
