I caught the second half of it on the radio but they were grilling him on how much trump has butted heads with the GOP. Joked that if he could appear to be that nice to Clinton in his victory speech the Congress should be fine. He was basically saying the first 100 days doesnt expect there to be much resistance from trump not signing all the bills they pass cutting regulations. Rand said he fully expects to pass bills repealing Obamacare and eliminating 6-12 other crushing regulations of business and sees no reason why trump wouldn't sign them.
