Illegal votes may constitute as many as 5 percent of the total votes cast in this Election. Voter ID law, with proof of citizenship to register, will solidify Republican control of the electorate for the forseeable future....we may never have another chance to do it.

I had to bring my birth certificate in to the DMV in order to get "real id." Anyone in Louisiana who doesn't provide birth certificate you get the "non real id."

Some amendments could be removed to further solidify control, like the 19th for starters.
