Should there be a law

and penalties for Dr.s who take the Hippocratic oath and then do gender reassignment surgery and testosterone treatments for gender re-assignment, when they are not necessary and would cause the said individuals no additional harm if they weren't provided?

No, If the Dr. takes the oath and then does it as an ELECTIVE procedure, should he be charged with something, or should there be a law meant to prevent him from going back on his oath?

Of you take the oath but the oath is meaningless and non-binding, then there's no foundation for your argument.

You know what else isn't necessary and would cause no additional harm if they weren't provided? Breast implants... and frankly, I'm all for breast implants. Why should anyone give a frick if someone wants to chop their manhood off? One less competitor as far as I'm concerned.
In the meantime, just use the restroom that reflects your anatomy.
