I was told to read these if I enjoyed ASOIAF. Anyone here read these? Are they good?

I have read them and I love them. Three books, loosely based on King Arthur legend. Very loosely. Very gritty. I don't consider them an alternative to ASOIAF, they're a little more grounded in history and don't feature dragons or explicit magic. You'll see--the magic is ambiguous. If you enjoy the Last Kingdom Netflix show or those books then you'll like these.

They are good reads. Although I think a better Bernard Cornwell series is The Last Kingdom.
