I would consider it a huge success if I walk out with a pic with Brees or AP. When do the players interact with the fans, and what would be my best chance to say hi/meet the players?

Go to Yulman on Sunday... may be more fan oriented.... or not.

Actually it looks like the weather might be shitty. I haven't even heard of the Yulman practice

I went last weekend with the family and enjoyed the experience. As far as the practice goes, it’s pretty much what you’d expect. It’s practice. Some players came over after to sign autographs, including Brees. We probably got 15 autographs in all including all of the QBs on the team.
Some women took selfies with some of the players at the fence/barricade, and Brees did as well but didn’t see any dudes doing it. Players are there to just sign stuff. Not a lot of time to interact socially. They come to the fence, sign autographs and then head into the facility. Strief and Dural were the most interactive, I’d say.
