growing up in BR and being a fisherman i've never once fished or considered fishing there. unusual???
i'm all for getting everyone interested in fishing as i think it's a great sport. but it just seems "kind of tame" to be sitting on concrete steps fishing instead of in a boat or wadding around somewhere.
all that verbal diarrhea aside, how is the fishing there?

My friends were in a boat with live bait on set lines. Had a couple over 30 lbs.

Plenty of catfish to be caught there. Use heavy weight and tough bait and you will do well. I used to Carolina rig cheap bacon.
